You have to purchase stamps through USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE). UPS (UNITED PARCEL SERVICE) will ship anything for you from letter sized envelopes to oversize packages. They don't use stamps but they do use shipping labels with tracking numbers on them. They vary price wise depending on weight of item (s) to ship and number of days to reach it's final destination. Next day air is expensive but it's guaranteed to arrive before 10:30am next day.
They are indeed 50 cents as of 2018, but stamps are sold by the USPS, not UPS. You wont be able to get stamps at this location.
