Alex Hyche provided world-class service from the very beginning. She worked with a sense of urgency. Her service was consistent. Her responses were very thorough. I learned so much through this process because of Alex. I did everything she suggested and because of that, I gained the largest net in the shortest amount of time. When I overthought things, her responses eased my mind. I work with many of vendors, and often times, they don't like being questioned. They take it as questioning their ability or intelligence when really, I'm just a person that loves to absorb and process information. Not Alex. She was never annoyed by my questions, and there were plenty, lol. Alex is also very considerate, as she gifted me with a bracelet that states, "Our guardian angel watches over us." which is in acknowledgment to my recently deceased sister. Wow! That was very thoughtful of Alex. Her envelop seal, which I love, lol, says, "Oh, by the way, I'm never too busy for your referrals.” Well, I'm never to busy to refer anyone to Alex. I do not say this in an a boastful or arrogant way, but I am very hard to please. In fact, I always inform vendors of that before we agree to do business together. Yet, Alex exceeded my expectations, effortlessly. She provided an experience with no mistakes, delays, negativity, frustrations or setbacks. Simply put, Alex Hyche is amazing!
