This use to be a good place to buy parts for outdoor equipment. Not anymore one person behind the counter clueless about parts why would you put someone like that at the sales desk .

Cost me around $1000 and my deck lid is still way down on one side. They didn’t fix my steering shaft as it keeps popping out when I try and turn.both of these things can’t be checked until you start mowing and making turns. Also they torqued the blades down so much I can’t even get them off with an impact.

Yes we can sell you the replacement chain and install it if you need us to. You might have to leave it if we are really busy for us to put it on but no wait to get the chain
