This store wouldn’t accept return from purchase at Carle Place. Imagine my surprise when they told me the new guitar I purchased was sold as used. Carle Place location accepted the return without issue. The reason for the return: electronics were flaky on the what I now know was a used guitar.

Everyone likes to hate on guitar center due to its stereotype, but in my opinion, it’s completely wrong. We’ve bought three guitars here, an amp, and a variety of pedals and accessories. All of those times have been great, and the staff have been amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and non judge mental as I’m not the greatest player. They have sales regularly, and the atmosphere is a dream for a guitar player. There other rooms like drums and keyboards are awesome as well. I hope this store stays the same, and others will have the same experience as me.

20 minute wait just try pick up a guitar that had been repaired. Repair took longer than quoted also. Still friendly and knowledgeable service though. Great selection also.

This guitar center is great. Dylan helped me out with the return of an item and was so incredibly helpful. He made the return process so smooth! Great costumer service, understanding and kind!
