Run, don't walk to a qualified dr. Not a factory, I fell down a flight of stairs, and had dr fir 5 minutes ,who by the way, needed to lose AR least 100 lbs, gave me no concrete answers, dr. French is one of the worst I have ever seen,

I have used this office for over three years and the last six months have been horrible. I was sent for an ESI injection that went horribly and caused much more pain and suffering for me for over a week. The doctor who I scheduled my appointment with conveniently “stepped out” at my last appointment, which was supposed to be my surgery consultation. I was neither called ahead of time, told by the secretary when checking in, or notified by the nurse when I was seated in the room. It was when the PA walked in and I asked where Dr. Dewal was, since I specifically waited two months to see him, that I was told he “stepped out” and that he could help me. I will never walk into that office or refer that office to another person. They have no regard for my time, my humanity, or my health. These medical specialists should be ashamed of how they treat their patients like numbers and not as human beings.

Friendly and efficient office staff and Dr Dowling is amazing! I strongly recommend this practice and both offices in Commack and West Hempstead are nice and comfortable.
