USPS: Queens Processing & Distribution Center

same damn thing & am ready to go up there, bad enough it shipped on March 31st, WHERE ARE OUR PACKAGES?

I have a package that arrived there on the 15th and it says it’s still “in transit". It’s been stuck there 13 days now!!! Whats the hold up! My package was supposed to be here last week! ugh! Send it ASAP!

Still waiting on a package that’s been here since 12/29/20.

This isn't a post office for customers, all that's done here is the shipping of outgoing mail.

If you use priority mail, probably 4 days. If you use regular shipping, probably 5 to 7 days

Contact the USPS directly. Pretty sure they don't monitor this.

How can I find a package without a tracking??? My package is from Spain, they said the it was sent to NY USPS Distribution Center

I understand there is a local post office there where you can purchase stamps ect, but I have not verified this.

Whenever it snows the mail may take a little longer to reach it's destination. There is no way of checking to see if your package is still in the building. We receive it, break it down, the the machine process it and sends it to the zip labeled on the package. At the end of the shift or when it is time for that specific zip code is to be sent out. It is then loaded on a truck and sent to the zip codes local post office to be sent out by a mail carrier.

Hate to say it but that worker might be right. But usually when that happens a supervisor puts it back on the conveyor. Strange it's still there.i don't know what else to tell you.

I don't know for sure if you can however I just pick up loads from here heading to Virginia

Not personal mail. If you have a business account you can drop off bulk mail in the back at the dock.

How do you know the package was stolen? Sometimes the company that sends the packages does not package them well and they get damage or broken! The post office does it's best to repackage them and send them back to the customer!

It's no way to answer that question! It's many factors that come into play when it comes to mail. How many people showed up to process your mail, the delivery driver, traffic and weather!

This plant does process foreign mail. It maybe a stop along the way to it's final destination. Give it a few days.

It's nothing you can do now. Multiple things could happen to your package. They could update the address and attempt to deliver it that way it they may return to sender and that could take awhile.

Yes those are all good scenarios. And it could be the lack of dedication the post office has nowadays. For it's workers. Which causes low mortality.

It's no way to answer that question. Your package maybe located @ Queens PD&C however it maybe waiting to be processed, may have already been processed or it could already have be dispatched to its location. The mail is ridiculously heavy around this time.

Once packages reach this facility they have already been through customs. This plant only processes mail and sends it to its next destination.

Im assuming!, but it sounds like an insufficient address, & may have went to RTS, Return to Sender. I can't know without sufficient info!!!

It's no way of knowing when your package will arrive. Its many factors that effect you receiving your package. Your package along with the others that arrived must be sorted, then scanned on a machine. Then it is prepared for its next pickup to your local post office. This process can take days or weeks. Remember it's the holiday season
