I had a package shipped internationally from China. This package was meant to make it to a military post. It has been 2 weeks and 2 days sense arrival. Is there any way someone can confirm the package has been oficially sent?

If there was a tracking number, but packages from China rarely have tracking numbers. So the only way is if you contact the person whom you had the package sent to. And this isn't the fault of the post office it has to do with the merchant you purchased the package from. They decide to place a tracking number or not. They usually don't cause it cost more.
