It's my opinion that if you're willing to work hard and take initiative on the job, this is a fine place to work. The flex shift allows you to live your life how you need to while still earning income, and there is a lot of room for growth. Just be aware that this is a very repetitive job and is not only technology driven, but also greatly managed through Amazon's network, so this isn't a job where you can slack off or be too slow (though you'll likely find you can keep the pace fairly easily).
