Whenever it snows the mail may take a little longer to reach it's destination. There is no way of checking to see if your package is still in the building. We receive it, break it down, the the machine process it and sends it to the zip labeled on the package. At the end of the shift or when it is time for that specific zip code is to be sent out. It is then loaded on a truck and sent to the zip codes local post office to be sent out by a mail carrier.
Call or visit your local post office, this is just distribution and doesn't really have any way to contact directly.
