I've had a package stuck here for a month. It came from Canada and went through the Chicago IDC. They say be patient its prob in an int'l bin but one worker told me it probably fell off a conveyer belt into the machine and is now lost. is this true?

Hate to say it but that worker might be right. But usually when that happens a supervisor puts it back on the conveyor. Strange it's still there.i don't know what else to tell you.
