Typical corporarion. Ive lived here for 4 years and have a laundry list of stories that would be good cautionary tales but lets keep it simple. The only plus is its in a nice area of Bethlehem and next to the school. One word of advice is get every single last thing said between you and the leasing office in writing. Ive been told one thing and then another and when I call them out on it its nothing but denial denial denial gas lit denial, and this has happened several times throughout the years even the day we moved in. At first it was little hiccups so we passed it off to work stress, fluttery minds, or the excuse of misscommunication that they kept leaning on but throughout the years the pattern of their chaostic managment is abundant. I was told the office staff is related to the altmen group somehow so nepotism is definitely there and they will never own up to thier mistakes even with blantant lies and just pass the blame onto you or "misscommunication". Its annoying amd unprofessional and at some point its not the residents at fault. Beyond the office staff that desperately needs a change or added demographics for optimal communication, this place isnt the worst Ive stayed at which is saying something. Sad to say that you have to pay a mortgage ransom to not live in a slumlord situation but still have slimy tendencies.
