If i could of given 0 stars i would. Been dealing with an issue for a couple of months now sad part is they stop my services and i this is no longer have cans now i have to fix another issue . This is just unbelievable. Will be seeing who i can get in touch with on a higher level.

The absolute worst service I’ve sadly paid for. They constantly miss our trash and whenever I call all they say is they’re putting it in the notes. Nothing is ever solved and no resolution is given. We are forced to used them b/c it’s the only trash company that services our area but I would never recommend them.

The only reason I use this company. Is because they monopolized my area. Just like most utility companies, they have horrible customer service and outdated technology. They keep double billing me every pay period. Broken app makes it impossible for the user to fix the issue. So, then I am forced to call during business hours, but I call during the listed hours and am told that I am not calling during business hours? They consistently break trash cans and leave them wherever. They're trashy website makes it exceptionally difficult to actually acquire services or information regarding them. I'm sure an automated message will reply to this review, just like the others. Depressing, how they truly don't have to care about the people that pay them.

Its all billed the same. As long as its picked up. If they need a can tell them to call or ask the driver who services their can to put in a request. That way they can get a new can.

Trash services are done once a week. My advice is to put your trash out .when you see other neighbors do it. And second give your provider a call to confirm scheduling

Call for another. Those things happen we dont break anything. Its a machine. We just trying to make sure all ya trash fall out. Please dont panic n before u suggest we broke again. Ask the driver when u if6f cuz those lids come off. Thanks
