Terrible service. I called on behalf of my father who does not speak English. We've had trouble for years with this company. The fact that they argue with every review that gives low rating really shows their true colors. I was only argumentative once they began saying that I need to speak to postal services and that they send out bills every month. This place is a joke. We receive a bill once every two months.

I have used there dumpster service as a weekly pick we paid for a year. They claim that my service came due. But did not inform us that it was due until they stopped picking up my dumpster. After they quit picking it up i called and finally got a email regarding my service. Which showed more deposits late fees and wanted two months paid for one of the months they would only have picked up one week possibly two times on a weekly pickup. Ive tried to reach out to the owners and or a supervisor the only person if been able to speak with is a very rude front desk Receptionist. Receptionist that called me back was very rude and argumentation. Its very disappointing that a local business is treating there customers in such a negative manner. Its been about two weeks and still haven't got a call back. PS note to owner if you were professional enough to call a customer back and figure out ur problems ur customer service wouldn't be so negative. The time you are referring to was after attempting to speak with you the owner and getting no response at all other then the extremely rude receptionist. Ur professionalism is none existent with you and ur receptionist.
