Modern design rooms. Comfortable. Excellent lighting at desk and bedside reading, but absence of ceiling light can be a problem. Most helpful, immediately responsive staff. Breakfast better than most, but prepared in advance food reheated is rarely great, but ok selection. Get up early and walk the reservoir almost adjacent to the hotel. I will likely stay again.

Great Location and very convenient but for a hotel that was built 6 years ago it could definitely use some work. Lots of stains and the shower door was janky. Very minimalist rooms.

Staff was rude. Maid didn't come to clean our room on the second day. When we asked at 4pm why room wasnt cleaned, we were told she would clean the next day. Left item in room and called 3x before someone said it was there, then said we had to setup pickup with FedEx in order to get it. They first said they would ship it and later said they wouldn't. Wouldn't recommend.

Convenient location for a visit to our college student. Nice lobby area. Rooms are sleek and modern but very small and not very comfortable (hard floors, only one upholstered chair). TV didn’t work. Ice machine didn’t work. Hallway carpets dirty. You would get much more value for your dollar staying in downtown Boston. Breakfast was good and the front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful.
