They open their office at 8:30 a.m. PST every day. It can be difficult to get through, as they are popular, but not impossible. I don't recommend calling on the 1st of any month unless you're wanting to place a reservation for that same month but the next year.
Morro Dunes spots are no closer than any other RV Park. It is clean, well managed, and right across from the beach. It is a nice place and fire pits are fine.
No other number unfortunately. It can be difficult to get through, we called 07/01/2019 for reservations 07/11/2020 and placed over 200 calls before one of us got through. So yes, tough, but not impossible! Good luck :)
They are usually booked out for a year but they do have cancellations. The best thing to do is to call the park. They are very nice and if they have an opening , they will let you know.
They were the beginning of December when we were there
Can we park our R.V. anywhere in Morro Bay .The .R.V.Parks are all full.

No,you have to call an RV Park with plenty of time and reserve your spot.Other wise, yes the parking spots will be full.Morro Bay is such a popular place to camp out.
I think you are going to have to give them a call. I know they have a dump station. But they are restrictive on people using their services if you are not a guest.
You have to call the office to see when the "off" season is. Most RV parks have slow times November-April, and these are the months that your stay can be extended.
Dunes area has a Taylor Park and parking lot across the street community of sorts for campers. People are very helpful. Note read parking, vehicle. Signs.
I don't answer that question I am not sure that they do I've never heard of them having it I'll give them a call I'm sure they'll be glad to help you out with any questions great place to stay...
Tons for sight-seeing: the beach, Morro Rock, and Morro Bay Embarcadero are all in walking distance. SLO is 20 minutes away and has great shopping, restaurants, a mission, and a fantastic farmer's market. Paso Robles is 30 minutes away and has hundreds of wineries.
There are rv parking space right on the beach. But someone there said they reserved the parking in December 2016 for 2 weeks in July 2017. And parking for trucks as well. Morro bay is a great place to recharged your batteries after long hours of work every week
