Very clean smaller park close to the Morro Bay harbor area. Only negative is that there are no pull thru sites and it may challenge your backing skills, particularly with a trailer.

Do u have to make a reservation for the motor home park
There are monthly rates that are available, but limited duration. Also can stay just a few nights. I think you can stay for 9 months of the year. It's a great place to be, easy walk to waterfront, downtown and grocery store.
