This place turned us over to a collection agency for a $65 bill that we never got. They said they sent 5 bills but we never got a single one. That sounds fishy to me. I don't think they sent them. Admittedly, our mail service sucks but losing 5 bills in a row would be pretty extreme. And they never called before taking this action to verify that we received the bill. When I finally did get a bill, I went to the payment portal and it had $0 balance due. $65 is nothing. I will pay it in a second but not to a collection agency.

My wife went to her in hopes of finding a primary care physician. The nurse and doctor were very unfriendly. Nurse got the stats she needed then took me to the exam room. Dr. Settle came in, introduced herself and her scribe, sat down at the laptop, asked me a few questions, poked on my abdomen and then left. The scribe had to actually come back in to tell me I could go. No personal touch whatsoever. No communication whatsoever. Went in for labs the next week and that nurse was just as hateful and unfriendly. I just felt like all they want to do is run you in and run you out as fast as they can. I found out about my lab results from the portal. I sure never got a call from them. Needless to say, I will never be back and am looking for a primary care dr. elsewhere!! Past experiences with Cox have been wonderful, just not at this Cox clinic.

Not very impressed. Went here due to an illness. Waited in the exam room for 45 minutes before someone came to check me out. After telling them of how bad I was feeling she decided to give me some meds. After checking my history she decided I needed a quick blood test before she decided what meds to give me. She told me she would get the results and call me the next day. Needless to say, I still feel bad, no phone call, no medicine to help. Not a fan of Misty. Everytime anyone in my household has had to see her, she tells them it is probably allergies and to take an antihistamine. Very disappointed that they got my money and they dont care enough to call me and help me get over my illness. Time to find a new doctor. UPDATE.... My wife went for an issue she was having. They seemed concerned, and got her scheduled for a CT scan that afternoon. It has now been over a week later, and my wife has heard nothing from them, about test results or anything. She has called 3 times and cannot get a call back. They do not seem to care about anything except getting your money. Stay away!!!
