I've never wrote a bad review before but am completely blown away. I called into the doctor because my daughter had thrush, and the pediatrician recommended I be treated too (Im breastfeeding) so that we don't spread it back and forth. They responded to use "warm moist heat twice a day" Moist heat for a fungal infection? But if it gets worse come into our walk in clinic and they gave me the times. (have this written 'from doctor' in my mymercy account) It gets worse, I come in, then they REFUSE to see me! Front desk lady says that the doctors don't know how the walk in clinic works if he told me to come into the walk in clinic... Im sorry.. what? I start crying as I'm in a lot of pain and got childcare situated to be there at 7:30am and now I know Im not getting help. Was able to run over to Cox Urgent Care and was seen and got a prescription right away. Will not be back.

I've had to use this walk in clinic on 2 separate occasions. Both times were quick and easy, the receptionists were friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. Our first visit was for a COVID test on my young daughter. Both the nurse and nurse practitioner helped ease her anxiety and made the process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend this walk in clinic as a great option in the Ozark area!

I had a new patient appointment with Jeanne James in the Ozark Mercy Clinic today 3/2/22 @ 3:15pm. I arrived at 2:45pm as requested for registration. I handed my insurance card and driver’s license to the receptionist after waiting my turn. I was wearing a double layered mask. The woman behind the desk stated that I must wear their double protected mask under my mask. I told her that I already had a double layered mask on. She said I have to wear their mask and I said no. She said I had to, even though she was waving this mask in her dirty hands. I stated fine, then I’m leaving and she said, ok. I called to speak to the office manager and I’m still waiting for a call back.
