Trash isn't picked up on the day it is scheduled. They make excuses on why they haven't picked it up or why they can't. Last time i used this company, my trash was picked up a total of 7 or 8 times. I prepaid for 3 months, then another 3 months after that.

Tried dumping garbage at their landfill. Hours said they are open until 5 but the lady at the window claimed they don't allow dumping after 3 PM. Can't find that information anywhere. Wasted my time.

Have had them for about 5 weeks. They’ve actually showed up maybe three times including today, and every time was days later after calling multiple times to tell them to come back. Changed my pickup day without notice, then changed me to every other week (lol as if they could even come once a week) never brought a can, and told me I could just put my bags out because the can can’t be delivered for 180 DAYS (why????) but then they don’t take the bags, only the small can I had to go buy. On top of that, they billed me for 3 months at a time, with no notice. So now I’m expected to pre pay $130 for service that is sketchy at best? Yeah, right. This is the absolute most frustrating company I’ve ever had to deal with, but literally no other company will service my address. Honestly considering just taking my trash to the transfer station myself every week.

Never even serviced my can, called to have service canceled and the can to be removed…4 weeks later, still no service. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with
