Ismael took my order and served my food. It's hard to describe how impressive this young man was in the short time of me getting fast food but my order was slightly complicated and he handled it with such ease and kindness. He seemed to be a quick thinker, genuinely likeable, and stood out as someone who will rise to the top. Go far, Ismael!

For drive-thru, they give you your items using a food tray, and the bags are sealed with one or multiple stickers before it's handed to you via tray. I do not know the safety practise for inside restaurant as I vary rarely go inside (even before covid).
