I had the local tile retailer order Vihara Silk Akasha, based on the sample they have in their office. What we received look nothing like the samples. I am not referring to subtle lot to lot changes, but an absolutely different transparency and look with numerous colors relative to the sample pretty much non-existent in what was sent to us.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please do not buy tile from them. They sold us tile that does not match and are refusing the fix the problem, They sent us the reject tiles mixed in with the tiles that we selected. The difference is subtle but in the right light/time of day, very noticeable. The tiles were installed and now we have to pay to fix the problem. I am very disappointed with their costumer service.

Most gorgeous tiles ever!! Lots of compliments. My contractor copied the look in his aunts home. Locally made from recycled materials and I’m in love. We now refer to the room with this tile as “the good bathroom”...
