They've missed the recycle can on my side of the street every week since November. I have to put my can across the street or call and request a special pickup.

I work for a local business and EVERY WEEK my location as well as other locations within my company (of whom Republic serves) are having to throw trash on the sides of the dumpster and sometimes in front of the enclosure because these guys miss a pick up for 3 or 4 days in a row. We are a VERY BUSY retailer. We serve food in our stores and we cannot have this varmint attracting trash just laying around outside waiting to be picked up. We have attempted to call Republic at many different hours for multiple days in a row. They have never answered when we call. Nor do they call us back to confirm that they'll send someone out after we've left them messages. I will be contacting my Corporate office to discuss finding a more reliable Service. Very unreliable, not recommended for businesses

Obviously the guys who drive the trucks are busy, but this morning one of the drivers stopped, got out of his vehicle, and told me that anytime I am late on getting my trash to the curb to just put it on the other side of the road and it will be picked up. I was going to do that anyways, but for him to take the time and make me feel important as a recipient of their services was pretty cool. Thanks Allied Republic!
