I went with another company to fix my AC. They said the furnace blower motor was bad and quoted me over $1000 to fix it. I called Quality and they quoted me $600 to fix the motor and came out the next day (most companies couldn't get to my house for a few days). Karter came and did a great job. He also checked a few other things to make sure it was the motor and not something else. He went above and beyond. I am very pleased with Quality and will use them in the future. I only wish I would have called them first.

My mom had her A/C serviced last month only to call another company out today because her home still was not cooling down. Seems she needed freon. Really you did not check this with a service? She tells me she paid another $400 today. Shame on your service person. 3 weeks ago i email my mom's information. Follow up... NO ACTION. Thanks for words only. I suggest others beware also. thanks

Very responsive and very professional. They take the time to walk you through this issues and what it would take to repair/replace the non-working equipment. Everyone was great to work with and we cannot be happier with their services.

Our air conditioner kept tripping the circuit. They came at the end of the day I called. Very nice and checked the air conditioner out thoroughly. 22 years old and they honestly said it checked out perfectly. He called in and it was decided it must be the circuit. The next day they replaced the corroded circuit. Not a problem in 2 weeks since. We thought we'd have to buy a new furnace and air conditioner until they said not needed yet. Great to see honesty these days!

We serve St George, Utah, and the surrounding areas to include Washington, Hurricane, Ivins, Kayenta, Dammeron Valley, Veyo, Cedar City, New Harmony, Zion’s Springdale, and Pine Valley.
We do whatever we can to help our customers in the maintenance, repair, or replacement of their HVAC. We can accept credit card payments for all of our services and can put you in touch with easy financing options on HVAC replacement.
We recommend preventative maintenance for your HVAC system to be done twice a year. The spring preventative maintenance prepares your A/C for the warmer weather and then a fall tune-up readies your furnace for the cooler temperatures. These multi-point tune-ups provided by our experts allow an opportunity to inspect, tighten electrical connections, measure current & voltage, inspect drains, ensure proper system cycles, clean air coils; check refrigerant levels, clean and adjust the blower compartment. Our multi-point inspections allow early detection of broken or malfunctioning parts. Regular maintenance of your heating and cooling equipment helps the equipment run as efficiently as possible and also lengthens the life of your system. Even the manufacturers of heating and cooling equipment recommend that annual maintenance and cleaning extend the life of your system. We believe that regular maintenance does exactly that.
We recommend a “Mid–Grade Pleated Filter.” These filters are rated between MERV 5 and 8. They trap a majority of airborne particles. The surface is a V-shaped chevron pattern.
In a situation where your HVAC is not working at all, it’s always recommended that you check the batteries in the thermostat and the electrical breaker.
Duct cleaning can be beneficial for several reasons. It helps to lessen the contaminants is your AC system, It can increase efficiency due to increased air flow through your AC ducting and it may fight mold growth, and can help with odors.
There are a variety of possible reasons. Call us and one of our awesome technicians will check it out and provide you with some more helpful information based on our evaluation.
Most manufacturers recommend replacing every 90 days, or when dirty. However, there are always circumstances where they need to be changed more often. Let us change them for you and keep you off the ladder!
Yes, we do. We have several options available. To learn more about our financing options please give us a call!
Even though it is new and most parts may still be under warranty, they do get dirty and they need to be regularly cleaned to maintain cleaner air quality. It’s a good idea to start maintenance within the first couple of years.
Age is a factor in overall performance, but a well maintained system can run for many years. We recommend yearly maintenance to optimize performance.
