There’s a nurse there that makes my husband want to go berserk. Veterans have already been traumatized, this place exacerbates it.

They are masking us again even though masks created a worse mortality rate and infection according to the John Hopkins research I received an A for in college. I was poisoned 3 times by the failure of the VA with the residuals in the pipes at Camp Lejuene, the VA approved smoke pits, and the VA approved AFFF chemical I was dosed with. Now you want to harm me with mask usage which the Navy medical top in the Spanish also had the same conclusion. Also, surgical masks do not stop Viral infections. It requires mopp level 4 gear. Please start using real science and doctors instead of politics.

Went there twice after moving to Cedar City, was so bad (nurses) not sure about the rest of the team, that I am using telehealth out of a different CBOC. I refuse to use them.

Check with DAV Disabled American Vets. See when they are having a van visit St George.
You should be able to, however, when you go to a VA hospital, they have a records department that you go to when you need or want records. You can ask for the copies of the notes and test results of a visit when you see your doctor/ nurse. Sometimes they will not have in proper or finished(completed) form until later. But it is wise to get copies of the notes/records as they occur and your visit is still fresh in your mind. You may have a different understanding of what was told you, or you may have asked about or presented a circumstance that is important to you, and it got left off the record. You can then submit to your records a copy of what you actually thought occurred, that way in the future if something comes up relative to a condition or circumstances that are relevant, you have legal and timely documentation on file. It is, or used to be critical to have documentation when attempting to receive deserved compensation from the VA.
Just go into the clinic and they will take your picture and give you one
It has to be faxed to the VA hospital in Salt Lake City and is then mailed to you. Also have to be enrolled in VA healthcare
