Positive: The breakfast area was very clean all the time by an employee! She never stopped once always refilling and cleaning things. She is a big asset to the company! Negative: The rooms needed fixing up There was a 5 foot crack in the ceiling, ceiling of the shower mildew on it, toilet paper holder coming off the wall , room 305 needs to be a little cleaner. There were mints, gum on floor. Pool dirty, Needs pool lay down chairs

Great experience for our family vacation. Checkin manger was very respectful to my family. Hotel also had beach chairs and accessories that we could bring to the beach with us which the kids loved. The room and surrounding area was very quiet at night which helped the kids get a good nights rest. A+ Experience!!

Room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Room ventilation was poor as was lighting. Hallways smelled terrible and appeared poorly. Several rooms’ doors showed signs of attempt to break-in which left us feeling very secure. Elevators needed service, moved very slowly. Worst hotel experience in my life and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, including Hampton Inns. Hilton should withdraw this property from its program. Truly disappointing.
