Dr. Rumph is a nice, passionate, caring, and gentle person. I came across her when I first moved to Austin by a referral to the group. She was new as well to the area. She made me comfortable with her on my first visit. She has excellent bedside manners. She listened to my concerns, and my wants. She gave me her opinion and advice. She explained to me thoroughly what was going on over the phone. Then once I went to my appointment in the office she explained it some more. She is very knowledgeable. if The day of the procedure she came in the room. She asked if I had any concerns. She explained how the procedure would go. Even after the procedure she explained what happen and what she found. She asked if I had any questions. She was so concern about my health over the weekend. She advised me to call if I notice anything wrong. She even called on Monday to check on me. She touched me dearly. She’s an outstanding doctor! Being new to the city and finding an excellent doctor that cares as well as listen. Dr. Rumph, truly loves her career. She care for her patient’s health and it shows. I told her don’t change and continue to allow God to use her.
