I was very impressed with the staff at Benchmark PT in Indian Trail! When I started my PT in May, 2022, I was in considerable pain. When I completed PT in August, I was MUCH, MUCH IMPROVED!! I was very pleased with Benjamin, Alex and the rest of the team, and I highly recommend this site!

Starting out I’ve been to three different physical therapy practices as I’ve foot issues my whole life, I mainly worked with Ben and mason, they were the best I’ve worked with so far. I wasn’t treated just as a patient. Everyone there was friendly, respectful and fully caring to get me back to 100% after my surgery. I can’t recommend these people enough.

Went for around 2 months in total, for lower back pain. They helped me every step of the way, worked with me and provided great tips! At first I was very nervous but they made it feel as if we were all a big group of friends. Thanks to them, my back is feeling painless now.

I went to Benchmark Therapy in Indian Trail, NC for therapy on my injured shoulder. I was hoping that with therapy I could reduce the chances of surgery. Everyone in the office was so pleasant and professional and I especially appreciate Kaitlyn's help with my therapy. She was knowledgeable and understood exactly what needed to be done. With her help, I was able to get my shoulder back to almost-normal conditions and have been able to go back to work without the need for surgery. Thank you Kaitlyn and Benchmark!
