I’m just leaving the store and I’m completely dissatisfied with the lack of service or care that the two employees one of which was the store manager had. I was there to return a floormat for desk chair that was still in the box with the label showing it was shipped to my office from Office Depot but I did not have my receipt. It’s a current item and sells for $54.95 they wanted to give me $17. Then they must’ve reiterated five times the same exact thing to me as if repeating what they were saying was going to make me feel any better. That store will never see my business again and over the years I have spent literally thousands of dollars in there. If you want good customer service don’t go to that office depot in Deerfield Because they don’t deserve your business.
