During this last month of my father-in-law's life, we brought him into our home for hospice care and this agency brought so much comfort and peace of mind to this difficult process. Our primary nurse was always responsive and communicated regularly. The on-call nurse and weekend nurses were also wonderful. My father-in-law was always treated with incredible care and respect. I feel blessed that we had the opportunity to have him home, surrounded by family, and we couldn't have done this without Community Home Care & Hospice.

If I could I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. They questioned me for 2 hours and promised to "be there" for me. I have tried to reach Ginger and Robin. They are either out of the office or busy. Very inferior equipment was delivered to my home. I am ashamed of it. I cannot get it resolved as no one will call me. They vowed they were telling the truth and promised they would resolve any situation. Well, just like Home Instead, they are NOT telling the truth and can not be trusted.

From the first phone call, I knew this is the place we wanted to use for Hospice services. The staff, the nurses and everyone else involved went over and beyond to explain everything and the care was exceptional. They were so caring and sincere. We truly appreciate everyone at Community Home Care & Hospice. Thank you!
