It depends on your income. Monthly rent at Bethany Center Senior Housing is HUD subsidized and is equal to 30% of your monthly adjusted income. Utilities are included in the rent except for telephone service and/or cable TV if you choose to have it. Yes, there is currently a waiting list for our affordable housing apartments. Unfortunately, the waiting list won't be open for the foreseeable future. However, we have four Market Rate apartments available if you are interested. Please contact us if you would like more information.

They're now leasing - theres a sign saying apartments are $1750-2300. I didn't catch the number, but if you're able to go by sometime it's on the sign :)
