I have no idea why my mother-in-law's prescriptions have been called in to the wrong pharmacy THREE different times 😕. The nurses have not been checking on her bed sores until we call and complain, and when a nurse showed up she did not check the sores at all. We are extremely disappointed, nothing they promised us has come to pass. Especially the promise that she would be visited by nurse a minimum of twice a week.

With pain and symptom management, as well as education and support, hospice care allows patients and families to focus on what is truly important When Life Matters Most. It is a unique health care approach in which the patient and family are the focus, not the disease. Hospice care helps patients and their families make the most of the time that remains. Hospice is a team of specially trained health care professionals caring for the patient and relieving anxiety for the caregiver/family. Our hospice support team helps patients and families with pain and symptom management, social, emotional, and grief issues. Hospice brings comfort and quality to the remaining months, weeks, and days.

We provide clinical excellence with dignity for our patients and families. Our clinicians have recently undergone specific COVID-19 training and are prepared to give exceptional care wherever you call home. Rest assured, we are taking every precaution to protect you and your loved ones from the spread of the virus. Our first priority is the well-being of our employees and the patients and families we care for every day. We continue to monitor developments with COVID-19 and recommendations from the CDC. We have established the KAH Virus Response Committee (VRC) and a COVID-19 Task Force to manage the fast changing environment from both clinical and customer perspectives.

I’ve recently noticed one of your employees in public not wearing a mask during a time when the Covid pandemic is at an all time high and specifically targeting the elderly. Is there no protocol in your employees for social distancing in public?
