I ordered a scanner for work , that was delivered broke. I called to have it replaced, I was given a pick up date of 8/16/2022. No one came. I've been given 3 pickup dates and the broken scanner is still here. They won't refund the money until the scanner has been returned. This has been going on since 8/11/2022. Not to mention the scanner was delivered in the box like I purchased it from the store, no extra protection. This is very unprofessional, I'm very disappointed in Office Depot. Now I'm waiting for another imaginary date and I still can't use something my company purchased. I wish there was a no stars.

I recently ordered printer ink to be delivered to my school. The delivery was after-hours so my package was redirected to my home. The virtual tech too was not helpful. So glad I was able to finally call and get someone on the phone to figure out what happened to my package.

Today I went to your store located 1570 N Federal Hwy in Ft Lauderdale. Very slow I. The store but a line of three at print and one person behind the counter. A very nice employee named Josh came over and asked if I needed help. I wanted to print a picture from my phone. Since he was probably 20 and I am 50 he is far more tech savvy than I. So although he performed the whole print process from my phone for me, he also showed me how to do it for next time. He then cut the photographs for me. He was very polite and engaging and a true asset to the team at that store. Good Job Josh! I would hire you. Thank you.

I've been trying to file a complaint at a store for a while now every time I shop in the store I am constantly harassed by the same employees they do not let me know, who the manager is they will not let me speak to anybody. I'm a military veteran who has been discriminated against and harassed at your store constantly it is funny how your address is on military trail but yet you treat veterans like you treat me that is trash like your whole company at this moment.
