Unfortunately, you have to put at least one star here. They deserve zero stars realistically. What do they do well? They are skilled at finding ways to not do their job. As a contractor, I pull many permits and this department is by far the worst when it comes to relations with the people they work for. I'll just start doing unpermitted work in Boca since they treat contractors like our time isn't valuable. All I needed to do is a change of contractor for a project; it's been over 4 weeks and they still can't give me an update. Pffft. I would be fired if I worked like them.

Building permits?? This Insane building downtown- traffic jams, no sidewalks or 'set-backs' for these monster buildings. "Getting "paid-off'. It continues in Boca. Camino bridge buildings- How much did you get "paid off" to approve THIS?? You've ruined Boca while your pockets get stuffed.
