Definitely the worst apartment complex you could get. The white lady at the leasing office has a nasty attitude, she is rude to the max. Roaches everywhere. Complex is filthy. Honestly, should be shut down with how dirty and disgusting it is. Never settle for less especially these apartments. I wouldn’t even recommend this complex for section 8. Waste of time and money even going to the leasing office. Also whoever is in charge should terminate the lady in the back office.

Don’t waste your time filling out an application. The cost is $250 ($99 for app 150 for admin fee, all non refundable) and if you don’t get approved they donot tell you why at all. They keep your money. Marie Le the property manager will say she will help and doesn’t. Take your money else where!

I wouldn't suggest that anyone move here. Honestly with the newest management change it hasn't been nearly as terrible from when I first moved in but I quickly notified them that I will not be renewing my lease. My AC unit was broken 4 times in my first 2 months here and I was forced to live in a 90 degree apartment for weeks. I have had my car booted because they failed to give me my parking pass. These apartments are also infested with roaches because they are not consistent with the valet trash that they force you to pay in addition to your rent so you end up with lots of trash outside. There are many kids in the neighborhood and the parents let them stay out all night, yelling at 2am so be prepared to never sleep. The "on-site laundry" is a scam because they don't even give you access to the laundry room. There is no security, the gate has been broken since the day I moved in back in April 2021, I have heard many gunshots in the neighborhood. There is only one exit out of the neighborhood, they have the other exit locked and there are HUGE potholes that will ruin your tires. They still have incorrect information on their website, my apartment is on the 2nd floor not the 3rd floor as it states, they have the nerve to increase the rent by 100$, I promise you these apartments are not worth it. All around it's been pretty much a disaster living here. I don't wish this on anyone look elsewhere.

UPDATE: Was it a bad week in the office? I'm not sure, but in the weeks since the review, things have been very different. The people in the office have been very responsive and helpful (even doing a Facetimed tour of the complex and her unit in the rain) and our daughter has moved in, without any issues. The staff have been very good in answering questions and offering suggestions for helping us problem-solve in getting her in from long distance. I'm changing my rating based on new information and we're looking forward to a great relationship. We're trying to get our daughter into these apartments and being the co-signer on the lease, we've had to get involved. The original lease documents they sent were incorrect and not in a form we could review before signing. When we finally got someone on the phone, they said they would re-send and that was 4 days ago. Calling is impossible... the number Ingrid keeps putting in her response to these reviews is a circular system of unhelpfulness and recordings. And day after day, no one returns our phone calls! I cannot imagine if we finally get her in the apartment how unhelpful they will be once she is a tenant!
