I would recommend living here, I love how clean M Station keeps the community. From vacuuming the hallways weekly to cleaning the elevators weekly with bleach. I appreciate the little things like that. Never had a bug issue, maintenance is fast & gets the job done & super friendly, leasing agents are super nice and friendly as well! From time to time you will notice teenagers smoking on the stairs or ding dong ditching… but it’s super rare & harmless. Parking availability can be better a night, building an extra parking lot is not a bad idea & would help a lot. Neighbors are super friendly, dog park stays clean. 10/10 community

Ricardo and his Greystar team have been amazing to myself and my roommate. Haven’t had any issues. I highly recommend M Station. The location wise, along with the development of the community has expanded. I’ve renewed my lease just because of their customer services, which is amazing! If you’re looking for a comfortable home M Station is the place to live!

I recently reach out to the complex and scheduled a tour on April 2, 2022 for a one bedroom apartment. When I arrived at the complex I spoke with a African American female leasing agent. She seemed very confused why I was there. I stated that I had scheduled a tour at 2pm for a one bedroom apartment. She quickly stated that they didn't have anything available for that date I wanted to move. Then suggested that I go down the street to a sister property. The conversation was very dismissive and very unprofessional. I wasted my time to come all the way to the property which a phone call or email could've avoided this.
