Great place to live, Very friendly Neighboors. Pet Friendly :) The front office staff is very helpful and kind. Maintenance staff is very helpful and extremely quick at resolving issues. Very professional! Have lived here for over 3 years and it has been great !!

I wouldn't recommend these apartments poor communication very rude . When I stayed here everything was falling apart closet door was very loose I would call numberous times for it to be fix even after me telling them that at the time the door fell on my 4 month old it still took them 3 months to fix it. In the laundry room all the machines was not working pretty much my whole least, if I could give them a zero I would . Guys don't do it , it's not worth it or your money

Grateful for the help that the team at Highpoint has provided. I recently relocated to charlotte for work and I was struggling to find a home. They made sure that my move in was quick, smooth and easy. The apartment is great. Everything is near by.
