Mike, thanks for asking. It depends on a number of factors such as the size of your unit and how plain or fancy the construction is. If you have a large condo and the interior has expensive flooring, detailed moldings and other high end finishes, it will cost more to replace than a condo with simpler design. Please give us a call and we can review in greater detail to make sure you get the right level of coverage that could make you whole in the event of a catastrophe.

It really depends in which state the association is located in, the type of construction of the building(s), the types of fire protection, the claims history and the size of the association. Each insurer has a unique underwriting appetite and rate set that applies to different condo associations. Best bet is to engage an independent agent, like Mile Square Insurance, to research all of the available options for your condo association.
