Beautiful park. Hudson river and NYC in front of you. Best restaurants alongside the park. Outside eating available at most of the places. Views are breathtaking!! So many places to hang out. You can have a picnic with family and friends! Small.areas of grass to set up a small.group for picnic and soaking the sun. New York City never looks this great from any place else!! My opinion. Enjoy if you visit it.

You can park on street side
Not sure , but when I was there sunday people just come put their stuff, drink their 🍷 and 🍺. But to mske sure call the department of Hoboken and check. But I recommend you to visit, you will love it Desiree, enjoy😀

Not really there is some street parking put it's usually full...but the pier itself is foot traffic only
You will have to ask the city. Like yesterday there were many people at the Pier in the evening. Maybe if you do it in the morning there may not be too many people and the city will allow you. Gluck and congratulations.
