SHERI ATKINS AND KALIE JOHNSON. UNBELIEVABLE WORSE SERVICE. WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. 10 months later, still don't know if 2020 taxes were ever filed. Still no refund. Sheri says IRS has an issue with EIN, still not resolved 7 months later. Kalie and Sheri run the clock out on EILD LOAN. Program, year later, still no answers, return phone calls or emails. I call several times every week, same lame reply from receptionist. Sheri is with a client, I will give her the message. Never happens. I believe I now have big issues with the IRS. Worse service I have ever experienced. Too be continued...
