Rebecca Shields was so patient and willing to answer questions I had about service, the company location, how to reach customer service if there were issues. She walked me through service plans available, ensuring that they could meet my internet needs for working at home, streaming TV, and basic computer usage. I was able to pick my set up day and able to fully know the pricing and set up auto pay as well. So grateful for your support and service!!!!

Everyone I encountered through LTD Broadband was excellent! Laine was the first person via telephone. He is prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and informational. Angela in scheduling was equally as fantastic. Easy to work with and very efficient. Jeremy our Tech was phenomenal. He is very tech savvy and was able to tell us what was needed based on what we wanted to do. He explained everything with language and terms We could understand. He got us all set up and running quickly and easily. 1 week from our first call to being up and going. Wonderful experience and highly recommend.
