When the service is running its great. If it goes down on Friday you can't get it back up until Monday because no one is in the office. I have to call 2 or 3 times a month just to get them to fix it again.

Toni came out and took care of our issue. We actually had an appt the next Monday but because he was in the area, he came by on Friday afternoon. He was very helpful and informative. We had an issue with our radio on our roof and the POE. He replaced both and got us back online quickly. We had even bought a new router which he proved was not the issue and saved us a lot of money. Really appreciate his time and efforts.

We had Shout installed today, on time. Dayton and his partner were awesome. They were quick and neat. They answered all my questions. They were able to install the dish without going through our new roof. We really appreciate that. He stayed and checked to be sure we were getting the speed promised and made sure I got connected and knew who to call if we had any issues. They get total thumbs up for their service today!
