They are unable to resolve any issues in-store, their only reply is "please contact customer support for help with that." They say one thing in person (e.g. no early termination fees), but they find ways to charge you anyway. Steer clear.

The service is not good in Washington go with CENTRYLINK trust me save yourself the hassel I went though it so you don't have to also T mobile sucks go with Verizon or AT&T if you live in WA.

I just went in here to pick up my new internet accoutrements and was so pleasantly surprised with how nice everyone was. Everyone who greeted me were so welcoming and nice. The gentleman that ended up helping me was also really nice I didn’t catch anyones names, but just had to get on here to say I enjoyed my experience here and the staff were wonderful.

I decided to do my daily walk and pick up my order from Xfinity all at once. I have never been to this location but I liked the service and ready customer service I had this day. I wish I could remember the name of the gent that assisted me. I was on and out in minutes, now of to finish my walk.

Yes. There is a parking garage.
All you have to do is walk in and someone will greet you.
You can call the customer service line and they will probably get you through to the right person.
Yes.
Thank you guys I love you all of you guys all my heart so let's work together as a being human being are really Americans hero with all heroes God-bless America
The number given goes to a call center but this store is next to red Robin in Northgate mall behind Nordstrom rack
They are accepting walk ins. Masks, social distancing required. They do swap hardware there from what I could tell. Not 100% about your cable box though.
They cancel the showcase because it wasn't getting that many views so they put the money elsewhere towards another thing
It should be on the tag behind your router somewhere if yours is netgear one
They have different plans. Give them a call
Very good and xfinity hot spots all over the city and the other cities I travel to on the West Coast to use when not at home. I use a smart tv and the wifi connection so no cable box needed for HD tv and videos movies etc online and on my tv. Very fast and no problems with downloading speeds or large service plan changes and up charges from when I began at $80 for sub basic cable with HBO and internet with wifi modem.
No, when you enter they take your name.
Yes you can
Not long usally it may take awile. But sounds like best bet.
It's according to the service and the customer service rep you get. I've been using them for a long time. I've found that when I get a accomplished rep, I get my issues resolved. Never hesitate to let them know how you feel positive or negative.
You need to call them or go to the store. This isn't their site and I doubt the check it for questions. The people who read these are just fellow humans, not employees.
You can drop off equipment at any of the Xfinity stores. They do not pick equipment up
Tell them to not charge you for the days with no service. They are working on it, however the are continuing to work on problem after problems . Myself am disappointed in them.
Xfinity is a horrible company to deal with if you have other options I suggest you use them.
They could charge the penalty for early cancel. More than likely they will charge you, they are in it for the money.
They are open M thru Sat 9am to 7pm - Sundays 11am - 6pm
Yes - you can pay your Comcast bill in the stores.
