It's according to the service and the customer service rep you get. I've been using them for a long time. I've found that when I get a accomplished rep, I get my issues resolved. Never hesitate to let them know how you feel positive or negative.
I have very reasonable prices for my internet with the bare bones tv for under $70 a month. I just returned a rented cable box and am using Xfinity online Beta with my basic TCL Roku tv from Target to save $11 monthly rental for the equipment. I set an appointment on line and dropped it off with no hassles. I also have had no problems switching my billing cycle by making one prorated payment and have gotten scheduled call backs from good customer service workers to help and chatted on line as well. Remember you are talking to real people with feelings who deserve courtesy and respect from you, the customer, just as we expect from them.
Ah, an age old question. Viacom sucked, became Comcast, sucked, became Xfinity and sucked.
