I love the neighborhood it is very quiet and close to your local stores. The turn around time for the maintenance is GREAT they are on top things and work is efficient. Susan the property manager has been nothing but GREAT to my family and I. We have been living in the neighborhood for 2 years and they have been great to us. My kids have become close with our neighbors and they enjoy outside and our garden in community. This is a really nice neighborhood and the FOREST POINTE STAFF IS WONDERFUL!!!! Susan and her TEAM gets the job done. Thank you for ALL you do.

I lived here for the past two years while completing my residency at Duke. It was close enough for me to ride my bike to work and not far from downtown Durham. I always felt safe and enjoyed fellowship with the neighbors. They also sponsor a good number of community events which allowed me to discover various restaurants around Durham. The office staff was professional and extremely helpful. The Maintenance staff is the absolute best! They were always very timely and friendly to myself and my dog as we went for walks. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend.
