Management is not flexible or understanding to their tenants. Management do not answer phone calls, there is a MAJOR roach infestation that will never be fixed & lack of maintenance repairs. They are so quick to evict a tenant rather than work out other options that could benefit both parties. Always check behind the paperwork because they say one thing but it turns into something else days later. The property sends a letter every other week about pest control, that we pay for with rent, but they never show. Why pay for a service when you do not receive it and/or the pest infestation gets worse?!

I dont live and wouldn't want to. Cant imagine how people could even put in a work order or get anything fixed. They NEVER answer the phone or messages. I've been calling for a few days now.

you pay for water electric garbage and exterminator monthly . I noticed the exterminator don’t exterminate my unit but I’m still charged. I complained to office but nothing has changed. Still management changes for service not rendered. My floor have soft spots complained about several months ago still ain’t got fixed. This tax credit property needs to be investigated . . The rent is cheap but you get what you pay for and much less . Some tenants units are being treated for “Bed Bugs “ . Calling the office is waste of time lately you unable to leave a message. I can’t understand how any tenant can leave a 4 star rating .
Depends on how many bedrooms. I have a three bedroom rent $850.00 but hidden expenses management failed to explain is garbage water exterminator is included monthly so actually $880.00 is what I pay for 3 bedroom monthly. Exterminator at times will not exterminate your unit for three weeks or more but you will still be charged for service not rendered.
