Moved in 3 months ago and can honestly say I love living here! The amenities are great. My fiancé and I enjoy all the resident events and enjoy the pool immensely. The office and maintenance staff are very responsive and so friendly. You also can't beat the location.

This is a condo so nice and quiet. Amenities just been replaced, good events every other week day or weekend. But what I like the most is its location, close to downtown and not too far from Duke University campus.

605 West End apartments is an amazing place live. Friendly staff, very quiet community. Pet friendly. They have a great swimming pool heated for year around use and a great fitness center to get your workouts in. I really liked the centrally located parking garage. They really have to many amenities to list.

I have only been here for almost two months, but honestly, this place is just amazing. I moved for a new job, and needed to find a place fast. I was able to find this place, sign a lease and move in all within 4 days. The staff is friendly, and they handle things so well; whenever I have questions, they never hesitate to answer. I love being downtown and hearing the traffic. I get to see fireworks from my window almost every other weekend because of the ballpark I think. It's such a great location and very convenient (I work in RTP and this is 13 minutes away)! They handle maintenance requests in a timely manner. They care about their tenants! I have no complaints. & most importantly, there are no bugs!! The apartments are a good size and the trash valet is a game changer! so thankful for the staff and to be a member of this community.
