They never answer their phone or email. Trash has been piling for MONTHS—which is of no fault to any of the tenants. Triangle Place simply refuses to pay the money to have the trash be picked up from their designated trash drop off. Unacceptable. Maintenance did not fix a leaking sink for weeks, which then created an extreme charge for water that month. There was no way to contest the charge because, again, they do not respond to phone or email. At all costs, do NOT move here. I hope they go bankrupt and somehow experience the same horrific treatment they give their tenants in the future.

This is what the trash has looked like for the ENTIRE duration of the summer! And the smell is just as awful as the pictures! This is directly at the entrance of the neighborhood so management is well aware of the issue but they don’t care! Not to mention the pool is still not open and we are now approaching August! Recentley, the “higher ups” were walking the property so they decided to make it look presentable! This included taking all the trash that was hanging out in the street and stuffing it behind the recycling!!!They have a property manager who refuses to do her job to the point where you have to schedule an appointment to talk to her and guess what? She’s only available on Friday’s! We pay for valet trash but I have gone days without ever having mine collected! Oh and don’t get me started on the appearance of the buildings! Just drive out here and see for yourself! No mulch! No flowers! No actual landscaping! Just muddy dirt, rocks, and sticks! Like I said , this place is literally the slums. All they want is your money and they have the nerve to charge $1300+ for rent! Oh, and let’s talk about the random maintenance men they hire and EXPECT you to let these random people inside your home! No emails are sent out to introduce these people or anything! I’ve seen them riding around smoking and just doing whatever they please while on the job! Needless to say, I will be moving once my lease up!

If you are looking for a place that does not respond to tenants, does not fix work orders efficiently, AND pool ain’t open all summer, this is 100% your place! I’ve been trying to get an answer to a simple question for a week now - no answer via email or phone. Rent went up yet pool is unopened and nothing internally is changing; only external features are being improved upon. Great to see new signs on the buildings but would be better to have effective staff! I don’t know what Harbour Group is doing, but whatever it is, don’t bother renting here.

The office staff is wonderful! Especially the manager. She is always available and willing to help. If anyone has anything bad to say, chances are they’re just a bad tenant.

"Security Deposits range from $300 to one and a half times the monthly rent. The security deposit amount is based on an algorithm from the screening results. Once you apply we will let you know how much the deposit is. Regardless of the amount, security deposits are refundable after you move out."
