I have been trying for MONTHS (since the beginning of February) to get my name off of a lease without almost any progress. Management is extremely unprofessional and response time is ridiculous. It seems they would rather drag their feet than get any work done. I wouldn’t recommend south square to my worst enemy, and I hope those reading this review take my advice seriously. Don’t live here.

Went to go view and the grounds and model was nice so I applied. It has been almost a month of calling and emailing and still no lease even after approved. I was then told 3 weeks ago by the corporate office since I haven’t been able to get in touch with the leasing office I’ll get a refund (which I never did). I still continued working with them because I love the apartment. The communication has been poor and I feel like it is a part time job trying to get answers. I ended up applying for another apartment a week into the process and got a lease. I am very disappointed in this entire application process. If you do apply for this community, know it will take a while (it has been 4 weeks and all I have is an approval).
