I've been a member for 8+ years. HAD a revolving line of credit. I recently opened my own business. It is going well for the very first year. I had to use my credit cards to finance all the equipment I needed for my business. So my 750+ credit score dropped to low 600. Instead of a call, or an email or a letter. Bethpage cancelled my line of credit. A lifeline I used in case of emergency for my brand new business. When I explained the situation, thinking, hey they must have a heart, they'll surely help me out. I was told to bad so sad, please re- apply. 8+ yrs of membership. I'm treated like trash. Still no call back. No concern. This is why I left a giant corporation and opened my own business. noone looks out for the little guy....

Your account get hacked they take all your money two days before Christmas and these people are like oh well there nothing we can do maybe on Monday like that helps after Christmas sure that’s great you don’t need food or anything just have to deal with it.
