I've lived here for 3.5 years, and I can say, the rent for this place is astronomically high. Also, I'm trying to move out and the front office is extorting us into paying for "damages" that dont even exist. Our dryer doesn't work, and maintenance also agreed it was NOT our fault just "cheap", and the front office called my father using threats, demeaning tones and trying to extort him into paying $1,400 to fix it. It is disheartening and we are being held hostage to pay this.
